A nice and quiet part of Kyiv, we really liked the fact that the buildings were actually new and that we didn't have to contend with the typical awful plumbing and electrical that seems to plague properties in Ukraine. Definitely recommend this general area for tourists that want something a little nicer than the average apartment. Close to several places of interest and also public transport if that's your thing.

Half of the estate is still under construction but the completed part is nice and of good quality. The area itself is affluent - many cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, art galleries. It's located within short walking distance from major tourist attraction and historical center of the city. The whole area became a set for many music clips and a favorite place for taking romantic pictures. Despite this it has a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere away from busy thoroughfares.
